By installing or using Case Arena ("the App") you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. The App is distributed through Google Play; Google Play's own terms also apply.
The App is a simulation game. All currency, cases, skins and items are virtual, have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for, or redeemed as, real money or goods. Outcomes are determined by random simulation. The App offers no real-money gambling and no opportunity to win real money or prizes. Practice or success at social casino gaming does not imply future success at real money gambling.
The App contains simulated gambling and is intended for an adult audience. Do not use the App if you are under the age required by your local rating (18+ in most regions).
The App is free and contains ads and optional in-app purchases. Purchases buy virtual items or features inside the App only; they carry no ownership or entitlement outside it. All payments, refunds and cancellations are handled by Google Play under Google's terms.
You may not reverse engineer the App, exploit defects, or use it in ways that break applicable law or Google Play policies. Virtual balances may be reset in case of abuse or data corruption; virtual items carry no entitlement to compensation.
The App uses Google AdMob (ads), Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics (analytics and crash reporting), Google Play Billing (purchases) and Google Play Games Services (sign-in, achievements, leaderboards, cloud saves). Their own terms and privacy policies apply. See our Privacy Policy.
Case Arena is an independent fan-made simulator. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Valve Corporation. Counter-Strike, CS:GO and CS2 are trademarks of Valve Corporation; item and case names are used only to describe the simulated content. All other marks belong to their respective owners.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EarthQuick is not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.

Uygulama ücretsizdir; reklam ve isteğe bağlı uygulama içi satın alma içerir. Satın almalar yalnızca Uygulama içindeki sanal eşya veya özellikleri kapsar; dışarıda hiçbir mülkiyet veya hak doğurmaz. Tüm ödemeler, iadeler ve iptaller Google Play tarafından Google'ın şartlarına göre yürütülür.
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislikle çözemez, hatalarını istismar edemez, yürürlükteki yasalara veya Google Play politikalarına aykırı biçimde kullanamazsınız. Kötüye kullanım veya veri bozulması hâlinde sanal bakiyeler sıfırlanabilir; sanal eşyalar hiçbir tazminat hakkı doğurmaz.
