Case Arena ("the App") is a free Android simulation game published by EarthQuick. This policy
explains what data the App handles, which third-party services process it and how you can have it
deleted. It applies to the App distributed on
Google Play (package dev.earthquick.case_arena).
The App does not require an account. Your game progress — virtual balance, inventory, achievements, statistics, display name and settings — is stored locally on your device. Data that stays on your device is not collected by us.
We do not run our own servers and do not receive your personal information. The Google services below process limited data on their own systems:

All of the above is transmitted over encrypted connections. We never collect your name, e-mail address, phone number, contacts, photos, files, precise location or payment card details — payment is handled entirely inside Google Play and we never see card data.
The App shows ads served by Google AdMob. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland a consent form is shown on first launch (Google UMP); ads are only requested according to your choice, and you can change it any time from Settings → Ad privacy options in the App. Learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and manage ad personalisation at adssettings.google.com. Ads are configured for an adult audience and the App is not directed at children.
Signing in with Google Play Games is optional; the App works fully offline without it. Data stored through Play Games (player profile, achievements, scores, saved games) is processed by Google under the Google Privacy Policy.
All currency, cases and items in the App are virtual, have no real-world value and cannot be traded, sold, cashed out or transferred outside the App. The App contains simulated gambling mechanics; no real money can be wagered or won. It is intended for an adult audience.
The App is not directed at children and is rated for adults because of its simulated gambling content. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
You can delete your data at any time:
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or the KVKK), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or object to the processing of your data. Since we hold no personal data ourselves, such requests are usually handled through Google's services above; write to [email protected] and we will help you route them.

Yukarıdakilerin tamamı şifreli bağlantılarla iletilir. Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı, rehberinizi, fotoğraflarınızı, dosyalarınızı, hassas konumunuzu veya ödeme kartı bilgilerinizi hiçbir zaman toplamayız — ödeme tamamen Google Play içinde gerçekleşir ve kart bilgisini görmeyiz.
Uygulama, Google AdMob reklamları gösterir. AEA, Birleşik Krallık ve İsviçre'de ilk açılışta bir rıza formu gösterilir (Google UMP); reklamlar yalnızca seçiminize göre istenir ve seçiminizi Uygulamadaki Ayarlar → Reklam gizlilik seçenekleri bölümünden istediğiniz zaman değiştirebilirsiniz. Google Play Games ile giriş isteğe bağlıdır; Uygulama girişsiz de tamamen çevrimdışı çalışır. Play Games üzerinden saklanan veriler (oyuncu profili, başarımlar, skorlar, kayıtlı oyunlar) Google Gizlilik Politikası kapsamında Google tarafından işlenir.
Uygulamadaki tüm para birimi, kasalar ve eşyalar sanaldır; gerçek dünyada değeri yoktur, takas edilemez, satılamaz, paraya çevrilemez ve Uygulama dışına aktarılamaz. Uygulama simüle kumar mekanikleri içerir; gerçek para yatırılamaz ve kazanılamaz. Yetişkin kitleye yöneliktir.
Uygulama çocuklara yönelik değildir ve simüle kumar içeriği nedeniyle yetişkinlere göre derecelendirilmiştir. Bilerek çocuklardan veri toplamayız.
